Shipping policy

Domestic (USA) shipping:

  • Shipping times listed at checkout are estimates only. I am not responsible for any delays due to weather, global events, or any other source of postal service disruption. Every effort will be made to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, but orders are never guaranteed by a certain date. If your order has not arrived after four weeks from the shipping date, please email me for assistance. Note that the shipping date is the date you receive tracking, NOT the date you ordered. Pre-shipment processing time may be up to 7 business days.
  • Preorder items may have a longer lead time, as stated on the product listing. Please order in-stock items separate from preorder items if you do not want your whole order to be subject to the preorder lead time.

Notes about international shipping:

  • International shipments may take much longer to arrive due to customs/delays/etc. Please allow up to eight weeks from the shipping date for your order to arrive before contacting me about a lost order. Note that the shipping date is the date you receive tracking, NOT the date you ordered. Pre-shipment processing time may be up to 7 business days.
  • Additional taxes/duties/fees/customs charges not listed at checkout may apply to international shipments, and all such fees are the customer's responsibility. Please carefully read through the section below on lost/returned orders as there is always a slightly higher risk with international shipping.
