Shipping
Domestic (USA) shipping:
- Shipping times listed at checkout are estimates only. I am not responsible for any delays due to weather, global events, or any other source of postal service disruption. Every effort will be made to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, but orders are never guaranteed by a certain date. If your order has not arrived after four weeks from the shipping date, please email me for assistance. Note that the shipping date is the date you receive tracking, NOT the date you ordered. Pre-shipment processing time may be up to 7 business days.
- Preorder items may have a longer lead time, as stated on the product listing. Please order in-stock items separate from preorder items if you do not want your whole order to be subject to the preorder lead time.
- International shipments may take much longer to arrive due to customs/delays/etc. Please allow up to eight weeks from the shipping date for your order to arrive before contacting me about a lost order. Note that the shipping date is the date you receive tracking, NOT the date you ordered. Pre-shipment processing time may be up to 7 business days.
- Additional taxes/duties/fees/customs charges not listed at checkout may apply to international shipments, and all such fees are the customer's responsibility. Please carefully read through the section below on lost/returned orders as there is always a slightly higher risk with international shipping.
Order Issues
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
- All sales are final. I do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges, but please contact me via email if there is a problem with your order as outlined below and I'll be happy to help! Filing a chargeback as an attempt to get around this policy constitutes theft – you will be reported to the fullest extent and banned from purchasing from MarshyNoodle in any capacity going forward.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, you must send clear photos within 24 hours of receipt and I will replace the damaged items at no cost. If you receive items you did not order, you may keep them.
Lost, Misdelivered or Returned Orders:
- I am not held responsible for lost or stolen orders; once an item leaves my hands and you receive tracking it is entirely out of my control. This is rare but in the event it happens you will need to file a claim with the post office. Please check your tracking page frequently for updates and ensure you receive the package promptly to avoid theft.
- For stickers shipped via untracked letter mail I will offer one replacement attempt free of charge since I have no way to prove delivery or postal mishandling. This operates on the honor system, and anyone suspected of abusing it for free products will be banned from future purchase attempts.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. Orders delivered to a wrong address provided at checkout will not be resent and it is the customer's responsibility to attempt to recover the package. Please double check your mailing address and email me immediately if a change is needed. In the event I made a mistake on the address the order will be resent free of charge.
- If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will be able to have it sent to the correct address for the cost of a new shipping label. If the address error was caused by me, it will be resent free of charge.
